The mantra of the 学习 & 技术团队是: No idea is too big or too small. From looking for cool presentation software to developing an  "epic" video game or dabbling in virtual reality, the only limit is one's imagination.

数字公民

数字公民 centers on identifying and fostering appropriate uses of technology. Our children were born digital natives, but should be taught to be safe, responsible digital citizens. 数字公民 curriculum is based on the 9 elements of digital citizenship from the International Society for 技术 in Education or ISTE. It provides students with the essentials needed to make ethical and informed decisions about the powerful technological tools at their disposal.

Macbook Air笔记本电脑

Students in grades 7 through 12 receive a Macbook Air laptop for use in school and to take home. Students use this technology for digital books or lessons, 以及研究, 写, or create using more sophisticated applications, such as those for editing video and audio. All students will create some videos as part of their educational experience.

chrome笔记本

Students in grades 5 through 6 receive a Chromebook laptop with an integrated pen, 平板电脑的功能, 还有触摸屏. chrome笔记本, which are durable and easy to use, are a great way to introduce 你nger students to school-related devices and applications. 这些都很容易使用, yet offer students and teachers access to thousands of education applications. Students begin by leaving their chrome笔记本 at school overnight, but work their way up to taking devices home—a big responsibility that's earned through experience and digital citizenship training.

AWARD - Crusader of the Year 2020: St. 卢克的学习 & 技术团队
For contributions to St. 路加福音’s that far exceed expectations and enrich the life and effectiveness of the School.

These remarks were shared by former 校长 Mark Davis:
By overwhelming acclaim, 你, the faculty and staff requested – I should probably say demanded – that we give this year’s award not to a single person, 就像我们习惯做的那样, but instead to an utterly incredible team. 
 
And what exactly did 你 recognize in 你r acclaim? Well, what we all see every day – that this team gets notably better all the time. That they solved problems before we even knew we had them. That they are not just willing, but in fact eager to help faculty and students – they even showed up to our houses to hand-deliver the tools we needed to do our jobs.
